Description

To take full advantage of this training video, it is recommended to use it in DISCOVERY mode.

Goal: Improve endurance and recovery with HIIT.
Practice sprinting at maximum effort for 12 seconds with 2 minutes recovery.
5x repeat (20 minutes workout session). 10 minutes recovery between sessions.
