Description

[Road Information]

This is an ancient road along a Noroshi(beacon fire) network path(from Shishiku Castle to Shiokawa Dam) built by Takeda.

In the beginning, you will see two trees of Japanese Zelkova at the Negoya shurine, under the Shishiku Castle. Both are 800 years old.

[Training]

This is a shallow climb that is useful for an endurance ride. Keep your power below the aerobic threshold(VT1) to maximize the benefit of this aerobic training. There is a steeper climb in the latter part of this climb, where you can push a bit more as a negative split endurance ride.

After circling the lake, you will descend back to the start.
