Sun & snow - do it slow... How about making your mind fit too? While you are walking or running this video, I suggest: Forget about any targets to be achieved (time, speed, leader board,...) - just try to enjoy it. Forget about the past, do not think about the future, stop the inner talk of your mind. But be fully awakened, concentrated on the present moment, on your body, mind and on what you see.
