You should check your FTP using this test at least every other month during the season.
Although not important as a value in itself, your FTP is an important parameter that you should use to tailor your training loads and workout intensity according to your fitness level.

Important: The cadence is displayed for reference. Focus on providing a maximum effort for at least 20 minutes.
