Description

Frequently visited side valley to the Ticino. A road leads from Arbedo to Capanna Gesero on the alp of the same name. In 1928 a serious landslide occurred at the Motto d'Arbino, which gave rise to the Frana fall area, interrupted the Tagliada - Monte di Cò military road and created the “Laghetto d'Orbello”. This bike ride was done with an Haibike Sduro Trekking 4, an eBike weighing 27 kg and with a power of 250W. Of the four pedal assist levels, the second level has been inserted all the time. This force compensated the considerable weight to be moved. The pedaling force, from my point of view with this situation, corresponded to that with a racing bike weighing ten kilos.
