I'm a software engineer based in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have been in to ultra running for a few years and a long time photographer so recording my own scenic runs really appealed to me.

I shoot some of the most popular and scenic trails in Utah. From islands in the Great Salt Lake to high alpine ski resorts above Salt Lake City and down to the best National Parks in the world with unique red rock geology.

A collection of trails in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City. Most of these are very close to the University of Utah. While right next to the city, there are a few steep peaks. In these videos looking east it looks like the wilderness, but looking west you see you are within a mile of an urban area.
