Goal: Improve climbing performance and recovery with HIIT. Practice attacking during a climb with 30s sprint intervals and recovery while climbing back at normal pace.
6 intervals in this video.
Intervals 1 and 2 on 6% incline
Intervals 3 and 4 on 8% incline
Intervals 5 and 6 on 10% incline

Filmed on Banner Lava Cap Rd. The gradients in this video are modified versions of the actual road profile to make them better suited for the specific requirements of this workout.
